Who Am I?
Jitesh Pillai (b. July 24, 1975, Mumbai) is a seasoned Indian journalist, editor, and television host. Serving as Editor-in-Chief of Filmfare magazine since 2006 under Worldwide Media, he plays a pivotal role in shaping Bollywood's narrative through both print and digital media.
Pillai is best known for hosting Famously Filmfare, a popular Bollywood talk show that explores candid conversations with A-list stars. He led two Hindi seasons in 2017 (8 episodes) and 2018 (10 episodes), engaging with celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Vicky Kaushal, Anil Kapoor, and Shahid Kapoor.
Under his leadership, Filmfare has expanded into style, regional cinema, OTT, and Marathi segments, while maintaining its position as India's most prestigious film magazine.
